Shipping
Every order is carefully packaged and shipped from Texas. To keep shipping costs fair and predictable, most apparel, accessories, and textile goods ship using flat-rate shipping. Oversized, fragile, or unusually heavy items may ship at a calculated carrier rate based on package size, weight, and destination.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally arrive within 2–5 business days for domestic U.S. shipments.
If multiple items are purchased together, your order may be consolidated into a single package whenever possible. Should actual shipping costs be significantly lower than the amount charged at checkout, you will be refunded the difference :) GO TEAM!
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. TEAMSUEDE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout!
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package size, and carrier rates.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient if required.
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, TEAMSUEDE is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect shipping address, any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.
