Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade, one-of-one, and upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@teamsuede.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note that variations in color, texture, fading, stitching, or other characteristics resulting from reclaimed or upcycled materials are intentional features of each piece and are not considered defects.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by TEAMSUEDE.
